[Mod_gzip] "mod_gzip_send_vary=Yes" disables caching on IE? (1.3.26.1a)

But if the uncompressed version is cached local to that office then who
cares? More bandwidth is saved by NOT resending the data, even in
compressed form.

I see nothing wrong with the scenario... or am I missing something...
