  just a typo correction: since 1.3.19.2a, not 1.3.29.2a.

(There is no Apache newer than 1.3.26 yet, although

some CVS commit activities of the Apache Group are

indicating that 1.3.27 will soon be a security update

containing even new directives in the Apache core.)
