I use my own Internet Client which is capable to emulate the request from
any other known Client.

Yes, I believe the same. Additionally from my own experience, M$ never cares
about "so insignificant features" of their so-named "Commercial Software",
which "those bad-guys/competitors" call "BUGS" for some reason...

;^) At least, your work around is clear and effective as far as I understand
it.
