[Mod_gzip] mod_gzip in book

Hi Peter,
To the best of my knowledge, mod_gzip had never supported chunks... There
were several threads (on mod_perl mail-list mainly) about the necessity to
have something to compress the dynamically generated content over
HTTP/1.1... That's why and how Apache::Dynagzip was born.
