[Mod_gzip] Empty output with all .php pages

Actually I have seen, but it was of little help. I know what the error
message means, I just don't know how to fix it.

I've double checked all of the php.ini settings, more than once, and I'm
positive that they're right. I was already using the settings you suggested,
and nothing changes the output.

Indeed, I spent most of the morning looking at the archives, and after
finding no help there, I decided to post to the list.
