I have dreamed also about that. I have very slow connection from home to my
office where I have Apache proxy server and broadband connection to
Internet. Everything what I want is get better transfer speed between my
home and Internet. So is there any way to get it work?

HOME <----slow connection---> Apache proxy / mod_gzip <-----fast
connection----> Internet
