[Mod_gzip] mod_gzip-1.3.26.1a for Apache 1.3.27 with EAPI option

Does anyone know where I can download a pre compiled version of
ApacheModuleGzip.dll.zip (mod_gzip-1.3.26.1a) that will work
correctly with the mod_ssl & mod_perl-eapi modules on Win32?
