[Mod_gzip] mod_gzip compression level

The hack is available at 
http://www.schroepl.net/projekte/mod_gzip/enhancements.htm

The line you want to modify prior to compile time is found in 
mod_gzip_compress.c

gz1->level       = 6;

Valid values are 1-9, with 9 having the greatest compression.
