uh ... Let's start by noting that Apache 2.0 has a totally different
architecture than Apache 1.3 and I don't know much about it.
But as I believe having read, in Apache 2.0 you configure filters
to use things like mod_deflate and mod_gzip.
So it may well be possible to run both modules in parallel, although
I don't see any reason to do so (you would possibly find more
advantages in one of both and then use this one for all compressions).
