[Mod_gzip] mod_gzip installed but not working

Ni Bob,

I think the test sites you have mentioned are sending gzip in
content-encoding.
Instead it should be in accept-encoding header.
Best way to test server for encoding is Microsoft web application stress
tool or
any other stress test tool. I have used it.
