[Mod_gzip] How to compile and install as static module

Hi,

There are no concrete steps given how to compile the module with Apache.

Can you tell how to proceed how to compile apache (2.0.47) with this
module??

Also, do you need have any license related information if you are
packaging it?

Please let me know abut it.
